The Space:

This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 7 beds, making it a great choice for families or groups.



The open-concept main floor connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, so everyone can stay part of the conversation whether cooking or relaxing.



The primary bedroom features two queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom—ideal for parents or couples. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and added privacy, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids, with two bunk beds and plenty of space to enjoy.



A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Between the two bathrooms, the home offers 1 bathtub and 1 walk-in shower.



Outside, the freshly renovated deck includes an outdoor dining set for group meals, and the expansive backyard is perfect for yard games and pets (on leash).



The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars, with additional street parking available nearby.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest.



The Neighborhood:

Don't miss out on the community playground and nearby beaches, perfect for outdoor adventures.

This property is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors, there are no parties allowed. If you would like to host a small daytime gathering, you must first request permission from the host. No more than 10 people will be allowed at the home at any given time. Excessive noise and/or trash that disturb the neighborhood will incur a fee and poor review. Additionally, failure to follow the rules can result in eviction from the property without a refund.



Getting Around:

While Edgewater itself is a more suburban area and not as well-served by transit as urban centers, there are still options available for getting around:



Public Bus Service:

Annapolis Transit – The Annapolis Transit system provides bus routes that serve Edgewater and nearby areas. The Route 90 bus, which travels between Annapolis and South County, passes through Edgewater. This route provides access to downtown Annapolis, the Annapolis Mall, and other key locations in the area.

The Purple Shuttle – This free shuttle connects major parking areas to key downtown Annapolis destinations. Although it does not directly serve Edgewater, it's a convenient option once you're in downtown Annapolis.

Commuter Bus:

Washington, D.C. Metro Bus – If you're looking to travel into Washington, D.C., commuter buses operated by various regional providers, such as Greyhound and Maryland Transit Administration (MTA), serve nearby locations like Annapolis and New Carrollton. From there, you can easily access DC through the metro or other transit options.

Nearby Metro Stations (for further connections):

Greenbelt Metro Station: About 30 minutes away by car. From there, you can take the Green Line into Washington, D.C.

New Carrollton Metro Station: About 30-35 minutes away. This station offers both Metrorail and Amtrak services.

Ride-Sharing:

For more direct or flexible transportation, services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Edgewater.



Other Things to Note:

4 cars maximum are allowed on the property and should all remain in the driveway.

-There is additional street parking available, please be mindful of neighbors



Pets allowed after paying the pet fee ($100 each) – maximum 50 lbs, 2 pets. Exceptions are made on special request. Please do not leave pet waste outside (or inside!). We do not allow dogs off of leash outside on the sidewalk, they can roam in the backyard.



Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy

We offer early check-in and late check-out upon request, subject to availability.

One hour is complimentary

However, a fee applies as follows:

• Early Check-In before 3pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check -in

• Late Check-Out after 12pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check-out
