„Lovely quirky rooms, decour a little tired but you get what you pay for, we have stayed at many 5 star hotels but we're very happy with this one because the food and atmosphere were great, the land lady Mel never seemed to stop working and always cheerful, an ideal place in the lovely town of Woburn and a great centre for visiting many places, ideal place for down to earth people.“

„Great staff who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. The breakfasts had a good variety catering for all tastes, the evening meals were tasty, my husband described the pie as "out of this world". The bedroom room was a good size and the bathroom was well appointed. The only downside was the shower lost pressure a couple of times, however the staff arranged to get it fixed.“

„I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. We got to our room to find the bathroom was dirty (specifically the bath itself and it had a long dark hair in it to go with the ...
