„The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. “

„We fell in love with this property when we saw the pictures and when we arrived we were not disappointed. The cottage is cozy and very comfortable but the views of the ocean are definitely the most wonderful part. „The owner was very helpful. Showed us around the property and texted us about trails and places to visit in the area. No noise was heard from upstairs. The couch was hard to get up from and the blowing tarp outside made noise, but it was a delightful stay and only 10 minutes from everything we wanted to visit!“

„As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night.
