Great location in between two great shopping restaurant streets. Near the canal. Coffee, dining and shopping.
Helpful staff, clean and hot showers with great pressure. Safe secure. Remember to book at least 24 hrs ahead to arrange parking at the hotel otherwise park on a nearby street. Traffic starts around 3 pm.

We were so happy to get a room in the front of the hotel. We learned that other reviewers were right; there is a lot of noise late at nght. We got used to it, and we enjoyed being able to look out over the street during the day. The staff were all incredibly helpful and even arranged our transportation back to the airport. The small rooms are small, and we wish we would have booked a larger room, but we were really only in the room to sleep. A good stay, and we would stay in the Fama again if we return.

The staff at the reception were very helpful and kind. The location was very convenient walking to restaurants and sites. Yet very quiet in the evening. I’d definitely stay there again if I go back.

"The property is conveniently located next to the main city highway yet is exceptionally quiet. It is at the edge of the old town - an easy walk everywhere. The best part was the spa experience (though crowded on weekends) and the cleanliness of the hotel. Only disappointment was parking situation. ..."
