The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.“

„This was our second stay at Beamish, as expected the room was a good size, as we upgraded again. We always enjoy our visits to the North East and you can not fault the staff and the food at breakfast and dinner. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The main reason for our visit was to visit Beamish Open Air Museum again and on this occasion to visit the Light Trail, which is just located at the side of the Hotel. Final note on parking, there are plenty of spaces and EV charge points ...

„Amazingly friendly welcome. Heading up to the room through a fog of cigarette smoke did not bode well, but, happily, the room was immaculate. Service was second to none. Free parking in market square roght outside the hotel was a great bonus. Will definitely return to The Leven. “
