„Our vrbo stay was overall good - specifically the location & amenities worked great for us! However, it was not as clean as we had hoped, specifically some bugs & stinky, but clean bath towels. “

„This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so ...
