„Beautiful surroundings and nice little cabin to stay in for the night. The kitchen is well equipped. Some of the cabins look run down from the outside but the one we were staying in was really nice from the inside. Don't judge a book by its cover!“

„No check-in - just walked in and made ourselves at home. The kitchen was very well equipped and as with all trailers and boats so efficiently aranged that it was a pleasure to use. Plentiful windows (with blinds easy to open/close) and a skylight let in ample light making the little place feel more spacious and a part of the outdoors. This place was called "Fawn House" and indeed earns its name. The little deer and their moms visit often. There is also an eagle's nest near by. The wonders!“

„Although the exterior does not look fancy, the interior is surprisingly nice, spacious and well decorated. Bedrooms, bathrooms are very clean. On top of the property condition, the location is very convenient, Safeway and the pier are within walking distance. Highly recommend this property.“

„The house was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the Quality Inn amenities across the street were perfect for starting a grueling hiking day. However, it was also very hot inside (78F)when we checked in, and with only one fan, it took a long time to cool it down enough for us all to sleep. It would be best if the owners provided more fans, or had the cleaning staff start airing the house out, before check in time. “

„Beautiful manicured setting overlooking a magnificent lagoon and beyond the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Protection Island National Wildlife Refuge, and the San Juan Islands and Mt Baker are visible.Everything about this house makes you want to spend time there. It’s a multiple year vacation choice for us and we’ve booked 2026 already. There is no nicer place to stay on VRBO if you like quiet, an incomparable setting and a well designed, very comfortable house. The Best. “

„Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.“

„Loved the vaulted ceilings, made the place seem more spacious. The set up was nice, with higher end appliances. The owners lives in the main house; but they did not disturb us. The washer and dryer was a huge plus.“

„We had a great time and all the amenities were really nice. The huge trees that surround the treehouse are so beautiful in the morning looking up through the skylights. The hot tub was wonderful and the robes made using it so nice. We assume the cat that greeted us belongs to the property. He needed to fully explore the car and us when we arrived. Very cute and friendly.“

„We very much enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The host has great attention to detail which made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!“

„Cabin was clean and comfy with fabulous views. Access to beach and location on Penn Cove was spectacular. Only way the stay could have been better is if the skies were sunny and blue and the whales had swam by to say "Hello.". “

„Location is amazing, quiet and neat residential area with access to gorgeous beaches and nature walks. It was so lovely to have as a home base for exploring Olympic National Park (about 30 minute drive to closest entrance and a couple of hours to other entrances.) Small home, but well organized with all the things you need in a vacation home like stove, normal size fridge / freezer, shower / toilet. Washer / dryer a huge plus. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of clean linens and towels. Wi fi ...

„What a find!! Ed's cottage is wonderful, the cottage itself is cozy and cute and the property has lovely views and beach access. Ed was very welcoming and kind and even included the tide schedule for our stay as well as local recommendations. Add in the close proximity to Port Townsend and the cottage had a full kitchen, it was absolutely wonderful. I'll be back, that's a guarantee. “
