Da es aber in diesem BEreich des Keystone Resorts auch andere Häuser gibt, muss dies nicht immer so sein. Das Haus "Willows" war in den öffentlichen Bereichen in die Jahre gekommen, die uns zugewiesene Wohnung war aber perfekt in Schuss, hervorragend ausgetattet und gepflegt. „It's not always that an experience lives up to your hype and expectations, but this place absolutely does! The cabin is well-equipped and cozy, just like you'd want in the middle of the woods. „Got a great deal during summer months, above and beyond quality-wise. Excellent rooms and amenities.
The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at.
The staff that checked me in were not only friendly but also helpful and accommodating.

„Although short, our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it was well supplied for cooking if we needed it. My wife was so impressed with the designer chef stove! The condo was very relaxing and we loved the 2 full bathrooms. The location was stunning and we enjoyed walking on the paths to the lift and watching the mountain bikers. The jacuzzi and pool were great & pretty private due to the off season visit. Such a relaxing few days in the mountains.“

„We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! „Came for a red rocks concert. Great place to stay. The pictures are accurate. Older but clean and comfortable. We had fun reminiscing about some of the old appliances and dishes from our grandma’s house growing up. Highlight was the blue heron rookery across the way. Loved watching the birds from the dining room. Binoculars included! Close to Denver but feels secluded and off the beaten path. “

„Property was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. It is one stop light from the resort. we had a non-skier in our group that did the drop-off and pick up daily which made it very convenient. You are probably 2 minutes by car from the resort and 8 minutes to the Safeway grocery store. Cabin was warm (not drafty / old) nice modern appliances. We fit a 4 dr Ranger pickup in the garage and a suburban in the driveway and it fit perfect. Host was responsive. Very easy house to settle ...

"We had booked a studio with a kitchenette at the Vintage Hotel. We were very satisfied overall and would come back, also because of the - at least in summer - pretty good price/performance ratio. The studio was very spacious, with an almost fully equipped small kitchen and a nice dining area for 4 people. Small problem: the stove exhaust is loud and powerful - and blows the exhaust air directly into the face of the cook standing in front of the two hotplates. We didn't use the dishwasher, which is also available, because there simply weren't enough dishes. The lighting in the room could be improved a lot. We liked using the floor lamp and carried it around the room - as far as we could, because the plug for the lamp was behind a cupboard and the cable was only a limited length.
The internet worked perfectly and the bathroom, especially the shower, was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, there was very little shower water - they exaggerate the cost-cutting here.
We were a bit unlucky with the location of our room 216 on the 2nd floor. Directly in front of the room is the whirlpool, which is loud and used extensively by the guests. This is particularly annoying because the rooms here do not have air conditioning and so we had to open the windows in warm weather - as far as possible, because since you can walk right in front of the windows, they could only be opened a little for safety reasons. So you should avoid getting a room with an even number on the 2nd floor if possible."
