„A couple of things: we called ina problem with the water and ice in the fridge. This issue was checked but never resolved (for us). Also a short in the wiring of the ceiling light in the back left-hand bedroom, along with the fire alarm there. Another thing: the backstop behind the kitchen sink in coming off the wall. Need re- glueing or re-setting. Finally, you need a dustpan for the broom, somewhere in the huose.Rest all lovely.“

„This condo is perfect for a family with kids. Everyone has their own space, balcony, and more. The unit was clean and very welcoming. One of the best places I have ever stayed at the beach! „it was clean and the screened in porch was really nice. the only problem we had is the toilet was acting up and a door knob was acting up, but other than that it was a really lovely stay. if u want to cook while there, there’s no seasonings but all the equipment is there “

„Because we normally bring both sides of our family down, we normally get a much larger home (last was 13K SF and 22 BRs). This trip was just for the two of us, and we couldn't be happier. Very clean and comfortable with an awesome view. Well stocked and we had a very relaxing no-stress break. Host kept us informed with a lot of tips and his staff promptly answered our call for a question we had. We had a VERY enjoyable stay. Will look to come back.“

„The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. „The condo we stayed in was filthy. There was urine on the bedspread in the upstairs bedroom, which made the whole room smell like urine. The closet in the downstairs had extra comforters. My husband pulled one out, and there were pieces of poop on it. We guessed dog turds from a small dog. It was nice being in a dog-friendly condo but I was not expecting that. "We had an outstanding stay. The resort itself and the area is just perfect for a timeout from everyday stress! Loved the hospitality of the team: Amanda, Sterling and Justin - a great trio that is always making sure, everybody is happy :). Issues were taken care of quickly, professionally and super friendly. We had a unit with ocean view, which was amazing. The unit itself was clean and light. The kitchen furniture is a little outdated, but has everything you need for a comfy stay. The rest of the unit had nice modern furniture. Very much room and a spectacular view! Will definitely come back again in the future."

"Awesome stay on the Outer Banks! Very clean appartement with ocean view, everything was good and the appartement had all one could ask for. Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. Staff was super friendly especially in the evening st the checkin at the security gate and in tge office at checkout"
