„The cottage is very nice and the online information is accurate. The number one attribute of this property is the location, which is right across the Beach Road from the beach itself. The front porch was wonderful, and interior was very comfortable.“

„This is a great little beach cottage, perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen and living area was a great gathering space for games and movies at night. The bedrooms provided plenty of space for us. The bathroom is a great size especially for a smaller house and the water pressure in the shower was great. The beach access right from the house is a little overgrown and therefore difficult to trek with beach chairs, bags, and such but the beach access just down the road at Eighth street is only ...

„Everything was as described and met our needs perfectly. Our only suggestions would be a repair of the front screen door, house flies were a menace., and some additional eating forks and spoons.“

„My spouse and I needed a little separation from all the life's influences. This place fit the bill perfectly. Right across from the beach so we could hear the water. The ease of access to said beach couldn't have been better. Already have 2 more planned.“

„Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended!“

„Exactly as advertised. Simple, no-frills, pet friendly beach house in a very nice neighborhood. When we arrived the water had been turned off (for the winter?). We messaged the host and she had the water co there in 30 mins! Great host, very responsive. Big TV. Stack W/D is great to have. Everything works. We spent 5 nights and would stay there again for sure.“

„We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.“

"Awesome stay on the Outer Banks! Very clean appartement with ocean view, everything was good and the appartement had all one could ask for. Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. Staff was super friendly especially in the evening st the checkin at the security gate and in tge office at checkout"

"The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better impression."
