HEATING AND COOLING

Luxe on Lincoln features ducted heating & cooling in all 4 bedrooms + the main living space. The home boasts ceiling fans in all bedrooms & the outdoor patio, plus outdoor heaters for extra comfort during the cooler months.

Don't forget to bring your swimmers as the children will adore the waterpark whilst the parents sit close nearby at the Zoo Cafe & Bar! Embark on a leisurely escape to the Dubbo Golf Club (5 mins), where lush landscapes and a welcoming atmosphere await.



Admire the stunning traditional Shoyoen Japanese Garden at the Botanical Gardens. Indulge in Japanese cuisine with a reservation at Okami or enjoy the bustling atmosphere at Down the Lane. Other Things to Note:

Lawn maintenance is done on Friday at 9am. The home can welcome 9 guests, however, one person would be required to use the trundle bed in bedroom 3.

Pool Maintenance is done on Tuesday at 9.30am in summer and Fortnightly on a Tuesday in winter .

We don't supply pool towels so please bring these along with you.
