„Excellent stay in Bhutan- the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, they also provide breakfast to go for the early hike to tigernest (starting point is 10 min drive from hotel). What I liked at this place is that they have a restaurant, a coffee shop and a small supermarket at this place. Also traditional hot stone bath is nearby and they offer a driver. It’s a bit away from Paro downtown but an excellent place to stay in Bhutan. Would highly recommend. “

„This hotel is located in a very peaceful location, away from the downtown shops and market. The taktsang monastery is visible from the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed my stay here.“

„Good comfortable place with large size rooms. The property is located in the midst of very beautiful natural surroundings.“

„Good location near airport and by horse or mule to Tiger Nest Monastery, very friedly staff“

„Excellent service throughout “

„Store rom og god frokost. Hyggelig og veldig hjelpsomme med alt fra taxi til sightseeingturer“

„Large comfortable rooms with great valley view. Good location close to restaurants and shopping. Only drawback is that F&B is just average and needs improvement.“

„This is a great property, ideally situated to climb to the Tigers Nest. It's further away from Paro. The rooms are great ( and yes they have wooden baths!! ). Some rooms feature a view of the Tigers Best. Welcome cocktails and a great lounge area.“

„Serene and peaceful place between farms. Path leading to the property is very narrow.“

„Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better ...

„The stay was so amazing, connected to nature.calm and serene. Listening to sound and enjoying the beauty of of river Pachu flowing near by, Paddy fields, mountains and valleys. Extremely helpful staff , owner of resort and his wife . Very clean and sustainable, nature friendly resort. Ideal get away for a nature lover.“

„Very spacious rooms and even had an enclosed sun patio. Staff was very friendly and helped us with a taxi reservation ack to the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk into downtown Paro. Easy to do and you won’t get lost. Do have to walk uphill on the way back but not that hard. Would definitely stay there again“

„Nothing to add, everything was nice.“

„Excellent host Best hotel in Haa value for money 3 star hotel Tasty food Courteous staffs “

„Central in Paro.Paro is smaller than Thimbu and acording my oppinion more worth visiting. Depending of time of visit you may need varm clouth because nighttime it can be below 0 degrees celsius. It is amzing there still is a people not destroid by civilisation. They are genuin friendly and you will not see "white trash" in Bhutan. The fee 100 USD per night is used for free school and healthcare for the local people. I visited Bhutan first time 20 years ago and it is still the same-the new is ...

„In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. There are 12 villas, we were upgraded to a 3 floors one which was insanely large, ...

„Everything in the hotel was excellent. Got personalised hospitality experience from the owner of the property. Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. Never felt we were staying in a commercial hotel, felt as if we were staying at our own home. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again and strongly recommend to all friends.“
