„We booked this hotel for one night, from april 10th to april 11th 2025, which happened to be the last day of our bhutan trip. The online pics looks great and we thought we would treat ourselves. We made the reservation using hotels.com and pre-paid online.When we showed up to check in around 4:30pm, the front desk person said that he did not have our names on the check in list.
