There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up ...
