"Sehr zentral gelegenes, Sauberes Hotel. Unser Doppelzimmer war wunderbar gestaltet und Sauber. Der Service war auch einwandfrei. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Somit benutzten wir die Hauseigene Tiefgarage -sehr praktisch! Aber die Parkplätze sind begrenzt! Man kann auch keinen vorher reservieren. Dazu braucht man leider bisschen Glück. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt wirklich keine Wünsche übrig! Die zwentrale Lage des Hotels ist einfach Spitze! Wir sind sogar bis in die Prager Burg gelaufen. Komplett auf Bus und Bahn verzichtet. Man kann dieses Hotel einfach nur weiterempfehlen!🙏"

"Tolles Ambiente, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück – sehr abwechslungsreich – allerdings ist das Servicepersonal etwas über eifrig – sobald man den letzten Bissen im Mund hat, wird einem der Teller unter dem selbigen gezogen. Hier könnte man dem Frühstücksgast einfach etwas mehr Zeit lassen! Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel zu bemängeln. Einzig allein die Preise in den Bars sind etwas höher als normal. Entscheidet man sich für das Excelsior Zimmer hat man im achten Stock noch die ein oder andere Annehmlichkeit wie zum Beispiel eine Lounge, wo man frei Getränke und kleine Snacks bekommt. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Service"

"Location, location, location. The Mozart Prague is just a few minutes’ walk from the Charles Bridge and overlooks the Vltava River. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Alan at the concierge greeted us warmly, and although we arrived early, they were kind enough to let us check in ahead of time at no extra charge. We enjoyed a drink outside while we settled in, and throughout our stay the food, breakfast, and service were all excellent. Our room, number 307, was exceptional. It had a Nespresso machine, a large bathroom with two sinks, a rainfall shower and a huge bathtub. It almost felt like a honeymoon suite. We were there during a heat wave, with temperatures around 38°C, so we would go out early and return to the hotel between about 2 and 5 in the afternoon. The air conditioning worked beautifully and kept the room wonderfully cool. Our room did not have a balcony, but the window opened and we had a lovely view toward the river. One of the highlights of our stay was when Alan gave us a private tour of the hotel and explained its fascinating history. Mozart was a regular guest of the Pachta family and composed music in the palace, and the building also has connections to Casanova and other important figures in Prague’s cultural history. Added plus about Prague; public transportation is free for seniors over 65, and museums are cheap as chips. Will definitely come back again."
