the room was decent, though there was a sock and a charger left in it from the last clean.
the front desk gent during check in was most personable, which was good.
The workout room was smaller than most. only complaint was two of the machines were half tore up.
The pool was spacious but it was exceedingly cold. There was no heat in it or around, the greenhouse design, while quaint and adventerous...not ideal at all. My kids went in though full of complaints because of the cold, dragged their dad in and not for long. another set of kids were in and out too, unfortunate as this was a main sell for the room along with location.
At the very least it was quiet and no rowdiness. The maintenance guy was helpful as well and brought us waters while in the fitness room.
I am also confused on their policy as far as refund for the room hold, I booked through expedia but still had to pay an extra 100$ i've yet to see.
12:00, noon, check out was appreciated. But no one was available at the front desk when we checked out at around 9am , so this makes me question whether or not we will get our refund at all.
We didn't make it to breakfast, we were in town for Passover so it's ok.
Cleaner than most we've encountered and staff we engaged with were nice/good/personable.
