Ein Rahmen von Mind Crystal Beach House ist perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen von 10-12 Personen, die einen sehr privaten Pool und einfachen Zugang zum Strand wünschen. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Loft und 2 Bädern. Kommen Sie und übernachten Sie bei uns in unserem Ferienhaus in Destin (über 2300 Quadratfuß) mit umlaufenden Sonnendecks, einer abgeschirmten Veranda und einem sehr privaten Pool! Der weiße Lattenzaun und das Buntglasfenster im Giebel verleihen unserem Destin-Zuhause einen „Bilderbuch-Look“. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist riesig und verfügt über 2 Kingsize-Betten und ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt Zugang zum privaten Hinterhof und Pool vom Meister. Die obere Ebene verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und ein Loft mit eingebauten Etagenbetten mit ausziehbaren Betten für 4 Personen.

Treffen Sie Ihre Familie oder Gäste auf der mittleren Ebene, um sich in zwei Wohnbereichen, einem attraktiven Esszimmer oder in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit großer Insel und Barhockern zu unterhalten. Dort wandern Sie zur abgeschirmten Veranda, wo Sie den schattigen, ruhigen und natürlichen Garten genießen und mehr von Destins Golfbrise fangen können. Im zweiten Stock des Strandhauses A Frame of Mind befindet sich ein Schlafsofa aus Leder. Das Erdgeschoss öffnet sich zu einer umlaufenden Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vorgarten und einer abgeschirmten Veranda mit Blick auf den Hinterhof und den privaten Pool. Sie können die Brise genießen, die Kinder im Pool beobachten, auf der Veranda oder auf den Decks essen oder auf dem Gas- oder Holzkohlegrill kochen. Destin Beach Living von seiner besten Seite! Der umzäunte Hinterhof bietet eine weitere Überraschung - ein SPIELHAUS (200 m²), nur zum Spaß oder zum Übernachten! Plus ... ein sehr privater Pool zum Abkühlen! Girls weekend

I wanted a low-key bachelorette. Just beach, pool, and friends and this was the perfect place to do that. We all had plenty of space and just loved the fun and unique layout of the house. Walking to the beach was easy and quick! We all said that we'd love to go back one day.

Amazing week in Destin

This house was the perfect place for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 2-9. We especially enjoyed the heated pool (it was super warm) even though the weather was a bit chilly and rainy. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the owner was super quick to respond. There were a ton of pool toys, 2 wagons, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs at the property too which was super convenient. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes at the most and this house is located in a super cute neighborhood. We loved everything about this house and would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at this property! I can not say enough about the owner of this property. She was easy to contact and went above and beyond when we left something behind. The location was great. It was a very short walk to the beach and there was a wagon, chairs and sand toys to bring to the beach. Our kids loved the heated pool. We would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

RIGHT ATMOSPHER FOR DESERVING HARD WORKING FAMILY

With the world being as crazy as it is now, this property was perfect for us to reconnect and to just let it all go. The swimming pool was heated, good for some night time pool fun. The walk to the beach is about a 5 to 8 minute walk, however it'll take longer because we got caught up at all the beautiful scenery by the house. If I had a question, the manager responded right away. My family and I are so thankful that this place came up and was right in our price range. We'll be back in the summer!!!

Beach getaway

We loved the location of the house. Only a short walk to the beach. On our first day there a manatee swam right behind us while we were playing in the ocean. We love the white sands and clear blue water of Destin! The Okaloosa pier is a must. There we saw dolphins and turtles swimming around the pier and the sunset was amazing. The house was an older home and could use some updates. The listing didn’t mention the narrow spiral staircase that you had to go up to get to the other 2 bedrooms and the loft area. Also didn’t mention you have to go through the loft area to get to the other two bedrooms. The pool was nice and got lots of use. I loved the screened back porch. My husband and I ate our breakfast every morning there. Overall, the house was nice and we enjoyed our vacation!

This house & its owner were amazing! I genuinely wish I stayed longer & invited more people. The property is very spacious. With COVID still going on, visiting places can be worrisome, but the cleanliness & prompt communicate eased any anxiety. Any time I'm in Destin, I will definitely try to get this house again.

Excellent area and space!

It could have been a lot cleaner mold in dishes beds not made and yard was so tall the pool got a little green 2 days after being there called no answer left messages and the Friday before we checked out the pool guy came and he said he never got a messAge from the manager. He himself was so disappointed in the yard. Overall it was plenty of space and wonderful location. Luckily I have ocd and was able to clean things up so it wasn’t a big deal.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home

We loved the location! Short block or so walk down the sidewalk to the beach and easy to cross the main road with the crosswalk and the beach access was right there! The house was great for our family. The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach. All the balconies were great!We would gather on the second floor balcony for coffee in the mornings. The open concept on the second floor was great because everyone always felt we were together, even when we were cooking. There was plenty of seating for everyone. The backyard was shady and had a tropical oasis feel to it. There were really not any complaints. The owner was very kind and quick to reply to call or texts. The house was supplied with just about anything you would need in the kitchen and even had hangers in the closets to hang your clothes. There were beach toys, chairs, and a wagon to haul things to the beach in. We would've liked to have had extra blankets for the trundle beds and the pull-out couch. There were extra pillows in the closets, however, they didn't have pillowcases on them. The house was overall clean but there could have been more attention to details, such as the wall in the dining room area, the back of the bathroom door upstairs, there are a few other things, but are just nit-picky. These are things that were probably overlooked because unless you are sitting on the toilet and have the door closed, you wouldn't see it. Again, overall clean. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to our friends!

Love this house - great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group. Short walk to the beach. House is fully equipped with beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, and kitchen has everything you need to cook. Owners/Property Managers have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Private pool and surrounding landscaping is beautiful. Screened porch over looking pool is a peaceful area to relax and enjoy morning coffee. Property Managers ensured easy check-in and check out process with their friendly communication. Love this house and will definitely rent again!

Excellent home close to the beach

Loved to short walk to the beach. Loved the pool, which was in the shade in the afternoon after a hot day in the sun at the beach. Loved the extra space upstairs for the teens. Loved that the house was stocked with a wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc. for the beach. Great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked The A-Frame of Mind last minute to escape Chicago and the cabin fever of the Covid shelter in place. Our timing was perfect as this was the first week that FL was allowing vacation rentals after the lockdown. The booking process was simple and direct. The owner/manager responded immediately. Communication throughout our stay was great ... not that it was needed for anything pressing. The location is great. Just a block from the beach. We have a 3 and 5 yr old and they had no problem walking to and from the beach. House comes with a wagon and a full selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc... The house is a bit older than some of its neighbors but we’d gladly stay again!

Funny smell

The property was enjoyable. Needs updating a bit, but a new owner just took over this property, so hopefully they'll invest in it. When we walked in, the house smelled like dirty feet and stuffy. The bathroom down stairs smelled like urine. I didn't contact the property manager because it was easier for us to just clean the bathroom ourselves. There was dirt in the sheets (downstairs room only). Again, easier for us to clean ourselves. Once we burned a candle, the place smelled better. The outside trash cans were full. The kitchen had tons of dishes. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. Kids loved the pool. It stays in full shade though. Tons of pool toys to enjoy. Screened in porch was just perfect for our morning coffee. All in all, I think the trip was great. This we a "staycation" for us. We're locals, just needing a relaxing weekend close to the beach for my husband's birthday.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach.

This is a great place to stay that is very close to the beach. The walk to the beach was closer and better than I expected. It’s an L shape walk but it is not far at all. There are public parking by the beach entrance and opposite from the entrance but we decide to walk. Seeing our neighbor have golf cart, It would be nice to have a golf cart but the walk is not bad at all. You don’t need one but it’s fun to drive on one. The layout takes a bit of getting use to but not bad. It just feel weird to walk into the master when you open the main door. There are outside stairs that will lead guest to second floor (kitchen/living room) so you don’t have to keep walk by the master bedroom. Good thing is if you have 2 families, each family can totally have their own separate space (floor) so you won’t drive each other nut! :) Living quarters are on the first and third floor. Living room and dining room are on the second floor. The inside stair from the second floor to the first floor is tiled so be careful when wet. The master bath on the bottom floor is awesome with two showers head in one bathroom. It’s separate from the master bedroom so anyone can run downstairs to use it and not bother the people that stay in the master bed. The only minor issue that we experienced is the dryer. It takes a long time to dry and have to constantly remove the lint from the filter. The instructions are clear and guest have to wash and dry all towels but the dryer take at least 2-3 cycle to dry. It just take so much time for one regular load, and cotton towel take forever. I think the dryer’s lint hose must have a lot of build up lint that’s why it take a long time to dry. Other than that, this beach house have a huge beach wagon. Plenty of beach toys for the kids, floats for baby, beach chairs, beach umbrella. I even see umbrella stroller, play pen for babies, high chairs, I mean guest seriously don’t have to worry about a thing for beach. The kitchen have everything we need for cooking, even sugar, salt etc... Only thing we have to buy was a big sharp knife to cut our big raw beef steak. Bring your own knife sharpener and you will be fine! The sharpener that we found is the same prices as the knife so we buy a knife to keep. We only have 2 cars but I think the driveway can fit 3. We had a great time here. It’s close by to lots of places. Thank you for sharing your places with us!!!

Great family vacation

We stayed for a week at A Frame of Mind with our family of 12. The accommodations were excellent. Just what we needed to stay comfortably. The walk to the ocean wasn’t bad at all. Took less than 5 minutes. The pool was an added bonus. Some people had said they didn’t like the shade over the pool in the afternoon but we LOVED it!!! After being at the beach all day we wanted to get back to the house and swim without the glaring sun. This house has everything you’ll need. Didn’t have to buy anything extra like we have at other places. There are many amazing restaurants and a lot of shopping nearby. Mike & Tracy were very helpful and quick to respond all along the way (I asked a lot of questions!). All of the info they have posted is exact in its detail. I’d strongly recommend their place to anyone. We’d go back again in a heart beat and stay at A Frame of Mind. Loved it so much!!!!!

Great house, plenty of room for big families, private spaces like the balconies and bunk room, if needed, great pool, short walk to beach, loved it!

Great location! Loved all the balconies, particularly the screened porch.

The only negative was the lack of a bathroom on the main floor but having full baths on the bottom & third floors made that manageable. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. We liked it enough to consider it for next spring's beach trip.

Marvelous!!!

This home is perfect! We enjoyed our week so much that we plan to return next year. The house is beautiful and functional! Plenty of space and privacy. Tracy and Michael were extremely kind and easy to work with. Communication was easy and every email was promptly replied to. They have a great knowledge of the area and were so helpful. You can tell they are committed to helping families create memories that will last a lifetime. We certainly did. Thank you Tracy and Michael!!

Perfect location - great for big family!!

We stayed here with our 7 children, son-in law, and grandchild and the house worked perfect! Everyone had their own space and we found everything we needed, best of all was the baby gate for 10 month old grand daughter and the crock-pot that I was prepared to purchase but found one in the kitchen!! The pool was heated for our Christmas stay and the beach amenities were perfect for our family. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation! Thank you!
