Overall wonderful stay! We had 13 (8 adults, 5 children 11-5yo).The private beach was a very short walk from the house. The beach umbrellas were 35/ea per day and we all agreed at the end of the week we should have rented chairs too! The private beach was well worth it.The pool was perfect after leaving the beach and for the kids when there were red flags. There are door alarms on the 1st floor doors (next to pool) for the front door, but if you press the button you can avoid the alarm. The kitchen was well suited for our family and we were able to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 6 days.The hosts were communicative and responsive to our questions. The pocket doors didn’t lock to the bathrooms FYI Overall it was a great stay!

We arrived right at check in time and fell inLove with the house immediately. There were a few issues, like the remote for the hot tub not working, and the washer wasn’t draining. But why sent maintenance out fairly quickly to fix the problems. My biggest issue was how dirty the floors were. We also found a few note that weren’t so family friendly stuck to theBottom of our slippers from previous guests. But overall, we would definitely stay again.

Nice property with a great location. Check in was very easy and very close to community beach access. Only complaints is the bathrooms could use a little updating and pool could be cleaned more than once a week with all the trees around. Overall great stay!

Destin beach house

We enjoyed our stay we had plenty of room, pool was amazing close to beach, it is a little walk but not bad two blocks. Hot tub didn’t hear but I failed to call till our last day so they weren’t able to fix it before we left. We’d definitely stay again should we be this way!

We had a very nice time. Just a few things. The refridgerater was either a little too warm or froze some items in the bottem drawers. The lock for the bathroom door between the bunk room and the other bedroom didn't work resulting in someone being walked in on. Loved the hot tub but would have been nice to have a few instructions on maintaining the temperature. A stove vent would be nice. Lastly, the internet service was kind of spotty. There were times when it would just stop. Mostly in the morning. Aside from those things it's a great house for a family. Plenty of comfortable beds! The living area is really nice and open and spacious! Love the multiple doors to the pool. Other than the internet and the bathroom door lock would definitely stay there again. Also, the property managers were great. Really accessible and very responsive!

Great Week with the Family

My father in law wanted to treat the entire family to a week away together. The property was great for all that were there…by the end of the week the Father and Mother in law were stairmasters and said they would have picked the first floor bedroom by the end. Other than that the conveniences of the location and extremely clean local beach was awesome!! Would do it again for sure.

House is very close to the beach!

Our stay was very good. I would suggest new skillets and pots and pans. One pot the handle is nearly off. The furniture could use cleaning, many stains. The pool was very nice and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

A smoke alarm that went off every day. A beach house with a pool, but no towels for either. Minimal supplies (one roll of tolet paper per bathroom, no salt or pepper, less than one coffee filter per day, less than one laundary tablet per day, less than one dishwasher tablet per day.) All in all, an experience we would not repeat. For the price, luxury was expepected, instead less than mediocrity was delivered.

Overall our stay was good. We had a large family gathering and there was penty of room for everyone. The proximity to he beach is great and the neighborhood is good. We didn't like that you are not allowed to use your own umbrellas at the beach. That is a weird and useless rule. We also had issues with the pool and hottub heat, but the company was responsive and it was sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days to heat up so we did not get to use it much. The house is a bit dated and needs new furniture in the living room. It is also very loud and echoes because of the large staircase, high ceilings and tile floors. It really needs some sound deadening. Lastly, there were quite a few roaches, and I inderstand it is Florida, so its a constant battle, but it needs to be addressed.

Beautiful Destin

Basically the only complaint I have about my stay is that the Pictures of where the house is located was deceiving. I wanted and thought I was paying for a house located on the Ocean side, the view looks like you step out on a white sandy beach, but we had to walk about a block away. I wanted to watch the waves and drink my coffee. The view in the picture is actually through two house in front of you. The hot tub kept having an issues draining itself, maintenance was quickly there to fix that. Besides my view, the house is beautiful. The weather was perfect! ocean side

Great Location

We enjoyed the wonderful location, short walk to the beach. Property management was extremely responsive any and all needs. The pool and the hot tub were not exceptionally inviting as the pool was not clean when we arrived and the hot tub had issues. We had to call about it several times but I will say that each time we called someone came out. Cleanliness was not top notch which is the only reason I can't give the property 5 stars. The area around the pool was litered with toys and candy wrappers. Found candy under the cushions of the sofa and glass on the floor. The space for six girlfriends was great and the house is a good value.

The property is well suited for a large group, and the location is excellent. Access to shopping and dining is very easy given the location of this property. The neighborhood management staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to easily accommodate four vehicles (3 SUVs and a minivan). The neighborhood appears to have a significant number of rules, but they are not hard to follow and the management staff was not overly picky about the rules. The house easily accommodated our party with plenty of space for all. The kitchen was a bit understocked in my experience as far as dishes and cookware. The pool was a nice treat to have after coming off a beach day. The private beach is wonderful. Our spot was moved all the way to the end of the private beach to give preference to gulf-front home owners, but not much you can do about this given Florida law. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended.
