Our stay was awesome! We enjoyed it! We were close to everything, plenty of room. Love that the 3rd floor is spacious and has its own little living area, private beach is the ticket! 10/10 reccomend this home!

The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortably fit our family of four, each kid got their own bedroom and bathroom. The master suite was huge and we loved having the in room mini fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the pool every day, it's not huge but was never crowded. The air conditioning worked well and the ceiling fans helped too. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations. We were already impressed by the photos on the VRBO listing, but they truly did not do the property justice. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and just a very short walk from the beach.The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The owners were also incredibly responsive and accommodating. We were unable to locate the iron, and within just a couple of hours of contacting them, they delivered a brand-new one right to the doorstep.I would strongly recommend making this your next vacation destination when visiting the beautiful Gulf Coast.

Our stay was nice. Our host communicated very well and fast. The home was clean. We were close to the beach which was just a short walk. You share the beach with several other rental places. Which we didn’t realize but it was still nice. We enjoyed our first trip to Destin and can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing and great price!

This was the perfect place to stay for our getaway of 5 people. The price point was great, Unit was very clean and updated, and the whole process was very easy from start to finish. It is maybe a 3-4 minute walk to the beach so I would suggest bringing a cart to carry your supplies down. Overall it was excellent!

Home away from home

The home was nice felt like home . Felt like we just moved the house to the beach. Everyone can have their own private space and bathrooms . And still can come together in the living room and eating area to enjoy each other and watch tv and eat. Close to the beach and all the stores and eating areas

Near the beach

Beautiful townhome. Great location since it was just a few minutes walk to the beach. This was just what we were looking for. The only negative thing I could think about was the dryer was a bit small and did not really dry our clothes well. Other than that, everything was awesome!

Cute and spacious townhouse

The house was super close to the beach and in a good part of town. Neighbors were super friendly too. The house easily slept 10 guests and was clean. I definitely would book this rental again for another trip! The only downside is the house did not come with condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. We did a lot of cooking from home and ended up purchasing our own. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exceptionally renovated townhouse with plenty of room for a large family. We love the area and love being a few steps from the beach. Everything was clean when we showed up. My only suggestion is that this property deserves a decent gas grill, the little cheap charcoal grill just doesn’t cut it.
