„Wir waren im November 2019 als Großfamilie (Großeltern, wir als Eltern und 2 Kleinkinder (0 und 3) in diesem Haus. Es war absolut fantastisch. die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, großzügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, große Küche und Esszimmer, grandiose Dachterrasse mit Grill und Gartendusche. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (Küchenutensilien, Gewürze, Öle, Wasser und Bier und eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßung im Kühlschrank, Spielsachen, Strandstühle, Kajaks, Fahrräder und und und). „Great property for hosting a large group of people. Lost of amenities, very spacious 15 min to the Beach!“

„Three generations stayed here together and we all had a fabulous time. There was plenty of space for us to eat together (12 people) or have some quieter time away from the group as bedrooms were spread out and quiet. We appreciated multiple refrigerators and the well equipped kitchen. The hot tub and pool were a favorite and we spent time enjoying it daily. Washer and dryer were a plus.“

„This is a nice, no frills very clean and fairly modern unit in a very nice development. The master bed is nice, but the bunkbeds are spring-based. The towels are pretty old, and the beds were not fully made when we arrived (bottom sheet only) PR lost power for a day while we were there and there is no generator. The Wifi generally works but is spotty. The sinks and showers are all on the older side, but the appliances new. The development has a guard and a private beach and feels very ...

„This villa is fabulous. You share the private beach with the other villa renters and one neighbor. There might have been 15 minute overlap. You share the pool with the other villa renters. There was about a one hour overlap. So essentially you enjoy an incredible amount of privacy. The house has everything you need inclusing floats and sand toys. I have recommended it to everyone I know. The manager was so sweet. There is a playground about a 15 minute walk away. “

„Amazing place for a family getaway! Having plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces was a big plus—everyone had their own little nook. The beach was fantastic, we enjoyed several evening swims. Everything was super clean when we got there, the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels.Communication with the host was spot-on. „Beautiful home in a perfect location. Very peaceful, quiet, location with awesome ocean view. We loved the huge covered porch overlooking the ocean and the private pool. Home was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Very easy check in and check out. We will be back again. “

„Casa Loba is new and beautiful, with a modern interior design. My husband and I, and our 4 adult children had a wonderful time! We especially loved the upper deck and the outside sitting area by the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked dinner there one night, and used the grill on the upper deck. „Roger was super helpful with the check in process and solving some initial issues with the property amenities. The fitness area was not exactly as pictured on the site, however that did not detract from all the other features that were as depicted. I recommend the property for families and small groups. “

„The pictures do not do this house justice. From the moment we checked in we were blown away by the space itself and the views from the pool. Our family of four (with 2 teenagers) and brother/sister in law stayed for 5 days. It was the perfect base to explore all that western Puerto Rico has to offer. And the pool was a great place to relax with a drink in the afternoon after a day of beaches and exploring. We had a few minor issues pop up but Joseph was extremely responsive and had them fixed ...

„The place was perfect for us 5 couples. Some recommendations for the manager, when renting a 5 bedroom house you have to assume there is a lot of people staying so more then 1 towel per person would be needed for a week long stay. A Greek coffee maker is not sufficient and we went out and purchased one on the first day, asked the manager about it and low and behold in the storage of the house they had a 12 cup coffee maker. Our main complaint was lack of storage or drawers for us. O y one ...

However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy.“
