The Dream-Like Garden Oasis in Sloan's Lake
Summary:
Do you need an enchanted Garden Sanctuary to rest and recharge? Our cozy space is ideal for families, friends and pups alike. Cozy up in the dream-like secret garden, completely secured with a privacy fence, so you can feel safe allowing the kids and critters to roam free. This space is absolutely perfect for creating memories with loved ones. Don't snooze on snagging this ideal getaway!

The Space:
This charming home is tucked away behind a beautiful front yard, private patio and privacy fence. Big shade trees, beautiful gardens and plenty of sun too! Features an open floor plan with a large master bedroom with office space and a huge walk-in closet, as well as vaulted ceilings. In the front area of the home, guests will find the front foyer, den and dining area. The second bedroom is located around the corner from the dining area. The bedroom has a Queen bed & has large closet. Between the two bedrooms is the laundry area with a new washer and a dryer. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and is equipped with everything one would need for making a home cooked meal. The dining room includes a large table perfect for family and friend dinners. Last but not least, the family room is spacious and includes a pull out couch, while we supply plenty of comfy pillows and blankets.

The Neighborhood:
Can't beat this location as we are located right down the street from Sloan's Lake and moments from downtown. Less than 5 minute drive into the heart of the city and nestled in between all of the up and coming neighborhoods of Highlands and Tennyson. Conveniently located right off the I70 corridor and you’re on your way to Colorado's breathtaking Rocky Mountains.
Getting Around:
Walk to Sloan's Lake and the Highlands. 3 miles to downtown Denver & Tennyson St shops are close by too. The area is full of restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops, & boutique shopping. Minutes to grocery, library, and public transportation. For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go.
Other Things to Note:
• DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be liable for damages. Please inquire with us for more details before booking. Keep pets off of the beds and furniture. Yard cleanup - Please pick up after your pet by disposing of any waste into the trash bin before you checkout from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
