Guest Access:

-Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner’s storage room.

-The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

To keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, the home is smoke-free (including vaping). Any violation will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Pets may be considered with prior approval. A $100 pet fee per pet, per stay applies

If you’d like to arrive early, we may be able to accommodate for $75 + tax, subject to availability. Check-ins before 1:00 PM require an extra night. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll do our best to help.

Please be aware that there is an extra charge of $50 per night for each guest beyond the 6th guest.
