This unique home features a private yard with a hot tub, fire pit, and hammock, plus a game room with Pac-Man and foosball. We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms are spread across two levels, offering flexibility for families or groups. On the main floor, two king bedrooms are outfitted with plush linens and blackout curtains, sharing a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo and complimentary toiletries. The lower level includes two kid-friendly rooms: one with three twin beds, including a pull-out trundle, and another with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A second full bathroom with a stand-up shower is nearby, and while ceilings downstairs are about six feet high, wide hallways make moving around easy.

Living and entertainment
Two distinct living spaces let your group spread out or come together. Upstairs, a mid-century inspired lounge includes a sectional and leather chairs with a 55-inch smart TV that flows into a dining area for six. Downstairs, the retro game room draws attention with Pac-Man, Connect4, foosball, and a sectional sofa perfect for movie nights on another 55-inch smart TV. A selection of board games keeps everyone entertained, while a quiet yoga room provides space to stretch and recharge. High-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and an Ethernet connection ensure you stay connected throughout your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals, featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with double oven, and a stocked coffee station. Cooking basics and pantry staples are provided, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a sit-down dinner. A dining table seats six inside, while outside a larger dining set offers room for eight.

Outdoor living
Step into the backyard to find a sectional sofa circling a fire pit that glows under the night sky. An outdoor dining table with umbrella sets the stage for alfresco meals, and a double-wide hammock invites long afternoons with a book. Parking is plentiful with a two-car garage, driveway space, and free street parking.

This home is in a residential area, and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution.
