We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps 11 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, with 2 full bathrooms. On the main floor, two king bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower. Downstairs, two kid-friendly rooms offer three twin beds (including one with a trundle) and two twin-over-twin bunks, along with a second bathroom featuring a stand-up shower. Soft linens, blackout curtains, and room-darkening shades create cozy spaces for restful sleep.
Living & entertainment
Two inviting living areas make it easy for everyone to spread out. The upstairs lounge offers a sectional sofa, leather chairs, and a 55-inch smart TV, while the downstairs game room brings old-school fun to life with a Pac-Man arcade, Connect4, foosball, and a giant bean chair. A yoga room provides a quiet retreat, and high-speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection keep you connected throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove with double oven, and a stocked coffee bar. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
