No manager to check me in when I arrived.
Courtesy telephone to use to call not working.
Manager came, let me in, then left before making sure that I could get into my room. Card didn't work first 15 times I tried it.
Left to try to find phone to call manager back. Came back, tried again, still didn't work. Walked around some more to see if the security guard who called for me first time was still available. Was not, but kudos to him and his assistance was the only good thing about the stay.
I was ready to give up and just leave, but I decided to try it one more time, and another five or six tries finally got a green and I got in.
Tried to check out in the morning during posted hours, no manager, and no way to drop the card off; no slot, box or what have you.
Jammed card into door crack, shook the dust off my shoes and left.
Room was filthy and had a lot of unrepaired damage, clearly some missing furnishings and of course the lack of a manger to talk to, as well.
I could go on, but suffice it to say that I will never be staying at one of your properties again.
