Guest will have access to the entire house, except the shed behind the house and garage. We will send door code the morning of your arrival by 9am MST.

The garage stores all of our home equipment so we don't have room to park cars inside the garage. However our driveway parks 4 cars very comfortably. If indoor garage is important to you, this might not be a good option. Our driveway is long and it will require backup skills to back out of it.

During winter months October-April an all wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle with snow tires is required when it snows. you can look at Turo for car rental options. EXPECT snow during this winter months.

-We plow the driveway every 5-8 inches of snow, if you get snow please be patient as the plowing company has other properties to work on and can only start the route when is safe to do so.
