This is a no smoking townhome, there will be a $500 fee if smoking policy is violated.

Damage deposit and cancellation policy:
- When you reserve, we will collect a $2,500.00 damage deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $2,500 is non-refundable
- Security deposit is refunded after check out and after all payments have cleared given that all House Rules have been honored and the house and property was left in excellent condition.

Stays over 1 week will be subject to an additional $75 cleaning fee per week.
2 car garage is available for an additional $25 per night upon request.
