This expansive 5,663 sq ft home offers plenty of room for large families or groups. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and multiple living areas, there’s room for everyone. The open-concept main floor features a chef’s kitchen, office space, and a cozy family room. Upstairs, you’ll find a large family room and generously sized bedrooms. The backyard and 3-car garage provide added comfort and convenience.

Late check-outs are not permitted. Please ensure that all guests' belongings are removed from the home by the designated check-out time.
**Trash bins are stored inside the garage per community rules and to prevent attracting wildlife, as the home is near the mountains. A staff member will access the garage to take the bins in and out on collection day (Wednesday).
**Yard maintenance is typically performed on Thursday. However, the schedule may vary due to weather conditions or the service provider’s availability.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the owner's storage room and the basement.

-You'll find grocery stores, dining options, and local shops just minutes from the property.
-Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and the person making the reservation must be present for the entire stay.

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. Guests must meet the minimum age requirement; failure to do so will result in eviction without a refund.

A $500 security deposit is required for bookings of more than 30 nights.
