„I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing“

„Wir haben uns im Ritzz Guest House wirlich wohl- und willkomen gefühlt. Auf unsere speziellen Wünsche wurde eingegangen und wir werden gerne auf kommenden Reisen im Ritzz Guest House übernachten. “

„The staff was wonderful and extremely friendly “

„Frankie's Hotel is a really nice hotel. It was our first hotel experience in Ghana, so we didn't have the possibility of comparing it to other hotels. But is really good. The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast ist great and the choices one has are really perfect. Our room was clean and cleaned daily. „We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.“

„Friendliness“

„The Paloma Hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Our room was very big and exactly the way we ordered it. Different from other hotels in Ghana all the amenities work like the air-conditioning and the hotel even has an elevator. The Paloma Hotel was the only hotel in Ghana we stayed in with an elevator. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The only thing missing was a hand towel, but that is not at all a necessity. The water in the hotel was perfect as well as the ...
