„I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing“

„Frankie's Hotel is a really nice hotel. It was our first hotel experience in Ghana, so we didn't have the possibility of comparing it to other hotels. But is really good. The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast ist great and the choices one has are really perfect. Our room was clean and cleaned daily. „Gut eingerichtetes großzügiges Zimmer. Frühstück auf minimalem Niveau - lediglich Toast, Ei und Flakes. Am Pool auf dem Dach gibt es keine Liegestühle. “

„Soweit war alles okay“

„ Roaches in the room“

„Room needs proper renovation“

„The place is in the middle of a bustling street; the fish room I got was so noisy with the music and cars from the streets below; had to have to changed a different one with a better sound control; the facility itself was overpriced compared to others“

„Cold A?C, Good shower and bed was comfortable. No frills and a good night sleep in a quiet location.“

„Clean and friendly stuffs “

„We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.“
