„The cabin was adorable. Please keep in mind it is a tiny cabin, so it is very small. If you are a taller person you may struggle with the loft area. I am 5 foot 2 and had no trouble, my husband is 5 foot 10 and he couldn't sit up fully on the bed. This is not a negative on the cabin itself, it is just the nature of the type of cabin and something to keep in mind. Also remember you are in the mountains. The driveway/ road to the cabin is steep and you may have trouble driving up the hill unless ...

„Perfect little cabin for a nice get away! Was clean upon arrival, instructions readily available prior to check in. There is a few kitchen utensils provided by host. The shower is a little short if you are a taller person but is definitely usable (and clean). It is close to Gatlinburg but will take about 20 minutes to get to town due to the roadways and being in the mountains. “

„My teens and I were impressed with the cabin, lots of little touches, which made our stay more convenient. Beautiful views, nice fire pit, the hot tub was perfect. Loved the games, tvs, books and well stocked kitchen in the cabin. Everything was very clean and there was nothing we needed.Our only concern was the road leading up to the cabin and the steep driveway. If you were experienced in this terrain, it should be no problem. For us folk with a manual transmission it was a bit nerve wracking. ...

We loved the view from the hot tub, the cozy fireplace inside for a more relaxing evening or the outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows and hot dogs! We cannot wait to make another trip back! The boat dock is quite the walk from the cabin so if a person brought their golf cart that would be ideal. “

„The Rustic Mountain Retreat is a small, cute cabin with an amazing view off the deck. My husband and I went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was perfect for the two of us. The hot tub isn’t super private as there is the Wilderness cabin drive rite by the fire pit for this cabin, but it still feels private enough.
