Check-out: By 10 am

Maximum guests: 5

3. No Parties or Events
Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet hours are enforced.

4. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

5. Pets
Not allowed

6. Smoking
No smoking or vaping indoors.
Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas (if any). Dispose of butts properly.

7. Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat the home with respect.
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
No rearranging of furniture.
Wash dishes or run the dishwasher before check-out.

8. Use of Amenities
Use of all amenities is at guest’s own risk.
Follow posted safety and usage instructions.
Turn off appliances and lights when not in use.

9. Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, WiFi equipment, or security cameras (if present and disclosed).
