„Beautiful view of the bay which was equipped with a dock and fish cleaning station. We loved the three balconies with one providing a view of the golf. The kitchen was well equipped. My only negative was the stairs - very steep up to the first floor and additional stairs up to the bedrooms. “

„The property was beautiful, but the beds were not comfortable and were loud and squeaky, one room gad lace curtains so the sun came in. There were no cookie sheets to cook with.(we did pizza’s and garlic bread) however, all of that was worth a few days of fun. It would have been awful if I stayed more than a week.“

„Because of the kitchen i chose to cook. The place could use a pizza pan, a good plastic spatula and maybe a few other kitchen essentials. I bough tinfoil because of the lack of pans and i chose to leave it in case someone else made my mistake. Also bring your own coffee filters!! However a napkin does just as well. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay and we will be booking here again.“

„We really enjoyed our stay there. Didn't expect that many stairs but they will whip you in shape. I dont know what it was about those beds but everybody slept great. Me personally I didn't even wake up in the middle of the night and that rarely happens. The beach is a short walk across the street and everything is a short distance. The hangout is only about 3 miles down the the strip“

„Indies 101 is a beautiful property!! It’s a corner condo so had many windows in living room & bedroom! Would definitely stay again! I had asked if it had a keurig and was told a drip coffee maker, so I had to bring regular coffee….but when I got there, there was indeed a keurig.“

„We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Having the little private beach on the bay, and across the street being able to enjoy the ocean where the crowd is not as heavy was the best!“

„Super Clean, nicely decorated, condo with a 7 min walk to the beach. Nice pool and exercise room shared with others. Security guard on site, very helpful. Loved the sectional couch on the balcony was an unexpected extra that we loved overlooking the ocean at Ft. Walton. First time staying in the area..less traffic and family like atmosphere. Only suggestion for improvement is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom with a softer one. Overall 9/10 rating, reasonably priced. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at Indies 102 and already plan to return to this exact location for our beach trip next year.We were part of a very large group for the week with everyone else being in two adjacent beach houses about a mile away.I chose Indies 102 for two main reasons (especially having two small grandchildren along) and the reasons were first floor access and having a pool.One day we didn’t join our large group at the beach at all, took a “ pool day”, and really enjoyed it!This condo ...

„Nice unit, quit and peaceful. Ground level making it so easy to go and come as you please. If traveling with children would rent a golf cart. The walk to the beach is not bad but a golf cart would make it easier. “

„Property was nice and clean. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool. It wasn't to far from the beach. We also had a great view of the beach from the room. Most definitely be back!!!“

„Everything was great with the exception of the sliding doors not having a safety mechanism that was stated that it had when booking the condo. The unit was clean and well stocked. The indoor pool was amazing. And location was ok, a little far from the strip but is perfect if you are looking for a more quiet getaway.“
