„Loved the condo! Love the island!“

„The location was great, the beach views were perfect. There was a plethora of beach items in the outdoor closet for us to use. Checking in and out was simple. The pools were great. The cleaning fee was rather expensive for the amount of cleaning we were expected to do before leaving. The parking lot design is not ideal for loading and unloading a lot of stuff. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, we would definitely stay here again. “

„Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. „This house was all it was listed as on the VACASA webpage. The furniture was in very good shape, the beds comfy, and lots of bathrooms to share with a large group. Part of the gulf view is blocked by another house, but it also sits back far enough so that our steps weren’t underwater when the tide came in. Storms kept us inside half of our stay but would love to return sometime.“

Our grandkids really enjoyed the pools, and the beach view was lovely. However, believe the photos when it comes to the distance to the beach. The "2-minute walk to the beach" is just where the boardwalk ends. For us, it was actually another 5 minutes hauling beach gear through the hot sand to get to the water. Not a big deal ...
