East end location puts you within 1.5 mi to the Sea Lab, Estuarium, historic Civil War-era fort, ferry landing, Audubon Nature Preserve, sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, and Magnolia Park, as well as the island bike path. A short walk leads to the swimming pool and boardwalk extending to the Gulf waters.
