„This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and again another amazing stay. Pauline on reception was so friendly and spoke to us more like a friend. She even thanked us for the leaving a review. We stayed in room 123 which had little steps up to it and was like a hobbits room but super cosy. Even though the hotel was extremely busy the staff couldn't do enough for the guests, always on hand to talk to guests and always had a friendly smile on their face.
