"I absolutely loved my stay in the Splendid Premium Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of local foods and fresh fruit. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive: even though i arrived too early for regular check in (arrived at 8:30 in the morning), the staff managed to get my room ready by 10:00. During the waiting time i was invited to have a free breakfast in the hotel. Another highlight for me: the spa. The various treatments were just what i needed after a long and exhausting travel. Also the staff here was super friendly. All in all: amazing hotel, perfectly located and staffed with very lovely people. Will definately come back if i ever return to Hanoi."

"Wir waren vorher noch in einem anderen 5 Sterne Hotel in Hanoi und da fällt das L7 leider richtig ab im Vergleich. Ich weiß hier leider nicht, was die 5 Sterne ausmachen. 4 Sterne hätte ich noch geglaubt. Amenities im Bad konnten wir nicht findend. Das Bett war hart. Der Poolbereich hatte kaum Liegen (4 insgesamt). Das Personal wirkte oft unmotiviert. Und am Ende sollte uns noch ein Bier aus der Mini-Bar in Rechnung gestellt werden, was wir nicht getrunken haben. Die Lage fanden wir schön, auch wenn es jetzt für Touristen die eher das Old oder French Quarter besuchen wollen, nicht so ideal ist. "
