Welcome to Point of View by Lake Martin Vibe! It's all in the name with this gorgeous property located just off of Centerport Road in Dadeville! This one level home is situated on a beautiful flat lot with over 400 feet of waterfront, has 2 jet ski ports, and has a spacious lawn for more outdoor fun. It sleeps 10 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a screened in porch, a covered dock, and lake views from the living room to drool over.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, a large vanity area, soaking tub and a standing shower. Be sure to check out all of the board games located in the walk in closet area should you get rained in during your stay! There are 2 bedrooms off of the main hallway; one with two twin beds and the other with two twin daybeds with trundles. There is a queen bedroom close to the foyer entrance of the home as well as another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom with a standing shower is accessible from the rear exterior of the home for your convenience while you are spending time outside by the lake.

There is a large open concept living room/dining area along with a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and an eat-in counter with 4 bar stools. Don't feel like cooking? You are super close to food and drink hot spots like Chuck's Marina if you're craving a pizza and the Landing at Harbor Pointe. This home is available for special events such as outdoor weddings or family gatherings so please call us directly to get approval for such an event. Special events shall NOT exceed 30 people and the pricing is IN ADDITION to rental rates:

15 people - $1000
20 people - $1500
25 people - $2000
30 people - $2500

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

**HOUSE RULES**
Exterior cameras are in use.
No renters under the age of 25.
Sleeping occupancy shall not exceed 10 people.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING! If evidence of either is found, you will be charged a $1000 fine.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
All trash MUST be bagged and placed in cans at the end of the driveway. Trash cans must be put out on Tuesday night for Wednesday morning pickup.
Do not use bath towels for lake activities.
