The beds were very comfortable.We saw some beautiful birds and deer from the deck.The only negative thing was that we did not know that you had to have your own streaming service to watch TV.A lovely place to get away from it all and relax.“

„We had a wonderful week at Bayou Lodge with our large family! The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. The layout was perfect for a big group—plenty of room to spread out, but also great spaces to gather together for meals and family time.The views of Lake Martin were beautiful, and we loved spending time on the water. „We absolutely loved the house! Wonderful views, especially at sunset! The house was very clean when we arrived and was great to relax at after boating and swimming. The dock was great for tying the boat up to and getting in the water for a swim. We also enjoyed the the outside bbq grills. We would absolutely stay at this property again! “

„The home was wonderful and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Only downside is the location on the lake is a little far but no one ever complains about a few extra minutes on the boat. “

„Everything was great. Only negative is that the outside decks and gazebo needed cleaning. Lots of spider webs, hornet nest underneath swing, and windows needed cleaning. Just looked like no one had been there for a while. All else was fantastic. Exactly what we needed for a family getaway.“

We had everything we needed close by as well if we had to run to the store. The dock is close to the neighbors but they were all very friendly!! We would stay here again! “
