„We enjoyed this clean and cozy property close to the Scotts Hill area of Wilmington during New Years holiday. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas. We enjoyed the kitchen and enclosed patio area that allowed us to spread out. Our host was very responsive and provided a list of local recommendations and house instructions in a binder which was helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.
