Was there at 3:50 to check in. Front desk told me room not ready and check in isn’t till 4 anyway. There was a line of about 25 people. I asked so do you just want me to go to the end of the line because it will be after 4 by the time get back up here. His response was yes. So I went to the back of the line and at 4:15 I made it to the front desk again where I was told the room wasn’t ready again and to try back later. Now I’m paying 400 a night for a room and need to meet people and the front desk just told me I’ll have to wait. Seeing I was agitated he gave me a $15 dollar credit at the bar while I wait. That covered a beer for me and my gf. About another 20 minutes pasted when the man from the front desk walked up to me and handed me my room key.
Pool area had grass growing between the patio blocks that wear also uneven and sunk in the ground. Your over facility needs updating. Patio chairs are broken and rusted,and over all look of place is out dated. Ont be returning . I like the Hilton brand and frequent them but this place doesn’t meet your standards.
