„My family of 4 plus mother in law enjoyed 3 great nights at this home over the 4th of July. The house has 5 large bedrooms, which were perfect for our group. In contrast to other places we’ve stayed, the thoughtful hosts provided fans in each room and plenty of towels. Check in was a breeze. And the location is fantastic! The running water from the creek and river and all the area birds provided a relaxing backdrop. The house has a great location - close to Gunnison and an easy drive up to CB. ...

„We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!“

„We had a great stay! Kitchen was well stocked and made evening meals easy after long days. We used this property as a central place to visit Colorado's offerings in the area. We found escape in the backyard, reading and grilling. The living area was comfortable where the family watched a few shows (all the bedrooms had TVs too, but we didn't use those). Beds were comfy. And the 2 and a half baths reduced the morning congestion as we scrambled out on our adventures.We would be happy to stay here ...
