„Great location, clean, beautiful gardens. We were there during a bit of a heat wave and the house only has one swamp cooler in the main room so it was a bit hot… Some fans would be nice. It would also be nice to have a more opaque privacy screen for the second full bed since we were there with friends. But overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again.“

„The setting is amazing, just as pictured. We enjoyed sunsets against the mountains and hiking Needle Rock which we could see from the house. I wish I had realized when booking that it was close to the North Rim of Black Gunnison, but the South Rim where the visitors center is was over an hour away (my fault, but just FYI). „Great location convenient to all that Montrose has to offer. Cat was very quick to respond to my ask to change the air conditioning temperature (controls are locked for guests). Kitchen seemed well stocked with the essentials and bathroom was as well with the exception of toilet paper. We only had one roll for 3 days and it unfortunately ran out as we were packing up to leave with none in the cabinet or linen closet. Always leave a backup roll!!
