They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.“

„Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think !“

„The twin room i booked was clean and presentable and fitted our needs perfectly. Breakfast in the morning was good and there was a menu to choose from so you choose your own variation of breakfast. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite, overall, even though we only stayed one night, as we were attending a family wedding nearby, i would have no hesitation on staying here again.“

„We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room. ...

„The hotel is in a great location for exploring the area. It could do with a bit of freshening up of the paintwork. Our room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee and bottles of water. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not need a carpark but there was one opposite that charged £4 per 24hrs.“

„The property was ideal for a base to visit the surrounding area. Our bedroom and the property generally was clean and tidy. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine but the 'help yourself' fruit in the dining area was not fresh. Parking could be an issue near the hotel but our disability parking permit helped.“

„It is a comfortable hotel with a slightly old fashioned feel, but it is a historic building and the staff are cheerful and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the heavy curtains to cut out the sunlight. The stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky for an older guest when carrying luggage, although staff would have helped. I would certainly return.“

„The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Parking was in front of the hotel, off the main street. The village had a few shops and a large town nearby. The hotel has a river at the bottom of the grounds which was lovely to sit near.“
