„Stay was ok. Could do with a Fan and a Mini Fridge. Bed was way too soft mattress wise and didn't like the hard wooden bed frame and headboard. Soon was I walked in I bashed my Shin on the bed Grazing it. Had to plug in the TV and Kettle as wasn't plugged in. (Not enough plug sockets. Shower hadn't been cleaned properly still hair in shower from someonelses stay. Heated towel rail didn't turn on. Tv too far away from bed and very small to see could do with being wall mounted nearer to the bed. ...

„My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. „Sehr freundlicher Empfang...obwohl wir erst spät abends eingecheckt haben. Gemütliche Atmosphäre im sehr geräumigen Gastraum....der in unterschiedliche Bereiche unterteilt ist wie z.B. ein Kaminbereich mit schweren Ledersesseln. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet...klein aber alles vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Personal, das auch auf besondere Wünsche beim Essen eingegangen ist.
