„My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. „Just got back from my visit to Queens hotel it was perfect, I had sea view. 😃 Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was lovely.. Lovely walk along the seafront which led me to Fairhaven lake beautiful place to go. Lovely cafe there too. Shops just around the corner. It was so relaxing.. „A really lovely place to stay. Warm and friendly welcome, beautifully presented throughout and very comfortable and clean rooms. I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out.
