„We had a few disappointments with the house/pool. We had several issues with the pool/spa. We were in communication with Chris with our issues, and he responded quickly and repeatedly tried to resolve them, but it made our stay less enjoyable. It was also disappointing to not be able to control the spa and the pool lights. This is all done remotely, so once we had them turned on, we couldn't turn them off.“

„The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.“

„We really liked the apartment. The view in the nature is perfect. We really enjoyed the terrace and the green surrounding, with squirrels and birds around us. Everthing was clean and felt very at home. Homosassa is a nice little town and a very good spot to explore the surrounding region.“

„The house was clean and exactly what we needed for the seven of us. The location of the house was great because it was in the middle of all that Homosassa has to offer. The only issues that we found with the house were the garage door remote did not work, and the fridge lights flickered. However, these were only minor inconveniences and didn't detract from our stay.
