As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, grill, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room, where you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and catch your favorite shows on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels.

Venture outside and soak in the stunning water views from the porch, or gather around the fire pit for a relaxing evening under the stars. This cottage includes a small boat launch, available are 2 kayaks ( a single and a double) 2 canoes, a fishing pole for your outdoor adventure. We have a fish cleaning station on property as well. The cottage also features a game room with a bumper pool table/poker table, as well as a selection of games, books, and toys for the little ones.

Just a short drive away, you'll find the breathtaking Three Sisters Springs, the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge, and the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, offering endless opportunities for outdoor exploration and wildlife sightings.
