„This place is fantastic. So much to do in the house with foosball, ping pong, giant jenga and more. The sliding dock makes putting in the kayaks so easy, and you are just a few quick rows to an emu farm. Great place and would definitely recommend.“

„We totally enjoyed this property for 6 days and it was so fun and relaxing. We kayaked every day right from the boat ramp located on the property. Access to the water was extremely easy. We loved the wooden swing located onsite with a wonderful view of the waterways. The outdoor shower was a dream. The house was extremely clean and the televisions were huge. The Hosts provided so many helpful items to make our vacation enjoyable.“

„Cozy home in excellent location in Old Homosassa. Super clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed the light show on the front yard oak tree! Spent a lot of time at porch bar watching mullet jumping and heron wading. Went to the Homosassa Wildlife State Park, ate at the Freezer and took a river ride on the Island Girl Cruise… highly recommend all. We had a wonderful time! Hope y’all can keep this beautiful place a secret ❣️“

„Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay.“

„We had a great time in this clean well equipped open space condo as a family of 3. Our son slept on the sofa. From the bedroom area gallery one has a very nice view on the water channel. The modern sensor heating was a blessing during the cold days (december 2022) . Crystal River was a perfect stay after the busy days in Orlando. Diving Rainbow River, snorkeling with the manatees, the seafood restaurants, the beach at the end of the road and the many trails were really great“
