While initially, there was a small hiccup upon my arrival (absolutely no fault of Caroline's), she was immediately on top of it and within 30 minutes had everything handled with the property management. I had a late evening arrival, so after hours communication was tricky. Really no cons. The place was lovely and well kept and everything that you needed for the stay was there.
