„This place was great! Beautiful, comfortable interior. Super view of and access to Lake Champlain Kayaking, turtle and beaver viewing, loons, sonorous bullfrog chorus, after dark fire pit. Everything you’d want for relaxation and play inside and out. Good access to and communication with host.“

„Great hosts- great house- great location… not much more to say! House was well appointed and the grill was exceptional. Perfect large dining table for big family meals and evening games. The covered porch was wonderful to rock on and watch the tinder storms and the fire pit on the beach was great for ghost stories, Shari g funny famimy memories and s’mores.“

„This lodge was made for getting lost in the woods and relaxing. We took advantage of day trips to nearby cities but enjoyed our evenings at the lodge by the fire or playing games. The hosts were lovely and thought of everything!“

„Pictures online undersell this little cottage. The layout is family friendly and also completely suitable for a couple or even individual stay. The owner was very responsive and the property showed pride in ownership. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. „Very disappointed. Should have been told there was no waterfall due to drought. It was not private and secluded as there were people camping on property and using the outdoor shower, we didn’t not expect to share. The sewer situation in the camper was so smelly it was gagging. Vent in bathroom and on air conditioner, filthy. I have pictures of all the discrepancies. In all felt like a bait and switch. Have never had an issue with any other VRBO property we have stayed at.“

"Wir sind am späten Nachmittag mit dem Auto angereist. Leider war am Servicedesk keine Person erreichbar. An der Tür war eine Telefonnummer zum Anrufen bei Abwesenheit angegeben. Wir haben dort angerufen, aber leider ging nur der AB ans Telefon. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen ging eine Person ans Telefon und hat uns die Zimmernummer sowie den Türcode mitgeteilt. Die Unterkunft hat stark nach Duftsprays gerochen, was in der Nacht sehr störend war. Leider hat die Klimaanlage die Lautstärke eines vorbeifahren LKWs. Wegen der Lautstärke musste die Klimaanlage in der Nacht ausgeschaltet werden, was zu hohen Temperaturen in der Unterkunft führte. Der Schlaf war entsprechend eingeschränkt. Positive bemerken möchte ich das Vorhandensein von Netflix."
