„Pictures online undersell this little cottage. The layout is family friendly and also completely suitable for a couple or even individual stay. The owner was very responsive and the property showed pride in ownership. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. „Very disappointed. Should have been told there was no waterfall due to drought. It was not private and secluded as there were people camping on property and using the outdoor shower, we didn’t not expect to share. The sewer situation in the camper was so smelly it was gagging. Vent in bathroom and on air conditioner, filthy. I have pictures of all the discrepancies. In all felt like a bait and switch. Have never had an issue with any other VRBO property we have stayed at.“

„Lakeside location was amazing! The deck is nice place to enjoy some coffee or a drink. The house is stocked with lots of fun activities like books/dvds/games. Overall great place for a cozy getaway! The space is on the smaller side so good for two people or three at most.“

„David's place exceeded my expectations! Very smart design and layout. Quality craftmanship and attention to detail. Super clean. I wish my daughter and i could have stayed longer! Close enough to Middlebury College for this to be a great option for 2 people. David was very nice to stop by to introduce himself and see if we needed anything. We didn't see him again, but knew he was only a phone call away. Perfect.“

Everything we needed was there in the home from a spacious and modern kitchen, comfortable furnishings to thoughtful touches to make your stay enjoyable, and the lake views were great. „First, I want to thank the host for sharing this beautiful home with people for family get togethers and memories we will never forget! The home is BEAUTIFUL! „Cabin was clean and cozy and in a quiet location. Make sure you build the fire as far back in the fireplace as possible or you will be smoked out.The kitchen needs a frying pan or two. Overall we were very comfortable.“

„Our group stayed here while on a ski trip to Gore Mountain. The home was very nice and our host was responsive and timely. We enjoyed this home as it felt cozy and suited all our needs. "Wir sind am späten Nachmittag mit dem Auto angereist. Leider war am Servicedesk keine Person erreichbar. An der Tür war eine Telefonnummer zum Anrufen bei Abwesenheit angegeben. Wir haben dort angerufen, aber leider ging nur der AB ans Telefon. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen ging eine Person ans Telefon und hat uns die Zimmernummer sowie den Türcode mitgeteilt. Die Unterkunft hat stark nach Duftsprays gerochen, was in der Nacht sehr störend war. Leider hat die Klimaanlage die Lautstärke eines vorbeifahren LKWs. Wegen der Lautstärke musste die Klimaanlage in der Nacht ausgeschaltet werden, was zu hohen Temperaturen in der Unterkunft führte. Der Schlaf war entsprechend eingeschränkt. Positive bemerken möchte ich das Vorhandensein von Netflix."
