„We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as advertised and the hosts provided clear instructions and directions about getting there, where to park, accessing the camp site, etc. We stayed on the overlook site, which had a raised wood platform for the tent and was warmer at night for camping in cold temperatures. Was fun to explore the swimming hole and nearby trails.“

„This was a wonderful site that I would love to visit again. The river flowing by was so beautiful. I would like to stay again when we don’t have so much rain. The river was too raging for any swimming. The only downside was there was a bit of a steep walk down to the site from the parking area, but you do have to go downhill to be near a river.“

„The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased.“

„This cottage is the perfect if you want peace and quiet. It was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the area and did a variety of outings. I love the artistic flair of the owner. „Very nice little place on the lake. The furniture is not the most comfortable, but hey, you’re in a camp, so it works out just fine. Kitchen and bathroom are convenient, nice strong shower. Fishing right from the dock, caught smaller sized fish, but plenty of them and a good variety of fish, too. Saw beavers, loons, blue heron, and the most amazing thing: the hummingbirds! They frequent the feeder right outside the door. Very nice for a couple’s getaway.“

„What a great place to stay close to Middlebury college. My wife and I were visiting our son at Middlebury college. We brought our Labrador Retriever. What a great dog friendly neighborhood! Brian was very accommodating and even let us check in hours early. It was great to have a fenced in yard. It's a quiet and beautiful neighborhood! We will always try to stay here when visiting our son. “

„Wonderful stay at Carolyn’s Cottage. House was spotless on arrival and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds, nice towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. The deck off the family room has nice furniture for outdoor dining and a great grill. The star of the show was the beautiful yard and lakefront. Great views and sunrises. „We loved the cabin, which has a very personal touch. We loved the chats with David and his personal stories. We loved to sit outside and have breakfast (partly with things that David provided).
