"This hotel really deserves a review - it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, mainly because of the incredible service. This is a completely genuine experience - the team really listens and puts so much effort into making your stay special. I was there for my birthday, and they made it unforgettable with a surprise room upgrade. The rooms themselves are beautiful, super clean, and just feel amazing to stay in. Everything was so easy and well organized, from the shuttle pick-up and drop-off to the included parking. One of the highlights was the birthday dinner invite at their restaurant, La Rucula 2.0 - such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. What really stood out was how kind and warm everyone was, especially Tanina and the whole team. You can feel that they truly care. The breakfast was great as well, served at the café next to the hotel, and housekeeping was spotless. Overall, the service made this stay not just great, but really special and memorable. If you’re staying in Lake Garda, I would 100% recommend this beautiful hotel in the old town!"
